This simple and robust solution works by either prefixing your calls with our Indirect Access code 14004 or by programming it into your speed dial or phone system. All calls are routed over the Cable & Wireless network and the system works with both ISDN & Analogue lines from BT.
A standard feature of Gravity is Call Recording with recordings stored online for playback, download or deletion. There are a number of features that makes Gravity unique; such as setting Working Hours, the ability to change the Presented CLI, Agent Tagging, Destination Control (call barring) and Call Volume Alerts.
This combination of features makes Gravity ideal as a standalone hosted Call Recording Solution for any business type, whilst also being great for high volume Call Centre environments and low volume Home Workers solutions.
